Paul Poet was a guest at the DIAMETRALE Film Festival this April with his film DER SOLDAT MONIKA (2024) – a daring portrait of transgender elite soldier Monika Donner. The film’s brutal soundtrack was delivered by GEWALT. Seven months later, we’re turning the tables: as a prelude to the concert, we’re screening both Paul Poet’s latest and very first short film: GESTÄNDNIS (D/A 2025, 30 min) and HOCH ZEIT (A 1996, 20 min) – both unapologetically violent and darkly humorous!
